MCI Screening Test exempted for the 5 countries – A Welcome Step
This is good news because the medical qualified graduates from these 5 countries need not go through the rigmarole of applying for eligibility certificate and appear for the MCI Screening Test. A wonderful opportunity for India to bring back the NRI brain drained doctors settled in the above mentioned 5 countries (MCI Screening Test exempted for US / UK / Canada / Australia / New Zealand). The medical college facilities in these nations are of high standards.
It is not yet clear whether in future the Indian aspirants (MCI Screening Test exempted for US / UK / Canada / Australia / New Zealand) looking forward to go to these countries to acquire MBBS degrees require to qualify the MCI Screening Test.
Please be advised to check up with Medical Council of India, New Delhi before applying to the above mentioned countries and also ascertain that MCI Screening Test is not mandatory for such aspirants going to these 5 countries. So that the aspirants need not apply for eligibility certificate and not required to appear for MCI Screening Test after coming back with an acquired MBBS degree from the above mentioned 5 countries.
